Project Details
This project focused on creating a cohesive visual identity for the staff development web presence. I designed UI components that unified the initiative and provided a professional yet approachable look.
One of the main considerations was balancing input from multiple departments while ensuring the design system remained adaptable. The identity needed to be flexible enough for specific internally facing content while maintaining a unified aesthetic that employees could immediately recognize.

Retrospective
This project was incredibly large and my first project utilizing a framework that I was unfamiliar with. I took my time to learn the documentation and really enjoyed how to develop a scalable while flexible web application.
